Been residing in Miami, Fl since graduating in 91.

Run my own Insurance Agency that specializes in Employer Benefits such as Group Health, Life, Disability, Dental and several other lines of Insurance.

Divorced and have one daughter, Samantha(1997).

Memory: Driving out to some remote sink hole at night only accessible by 4X4. Somehow we managed to get about 30 Brothers out there. After drinking about 3/4ths of a bottle of Crown(thanks to JJ Hernandez), I climbed up a tree about 30 feet up and jumped into what seemed a black hole until I hit the water in a sitting position. It hurt to sit for about a month after that.

The “Around the World Parties” with the spinning Barber Chair made for some interesting experiences as well.

Fondest memories were the initial meetings we had in the Holiday Inn conference rooms trying to figure this whole “Fraternity thing” out (it was the Holiday Inn wasn’t it?)  Man, I’m getting old.  Intramural Soccer and Bowling (yes I said Bowling!)

I am married to Jennifer Flynn of Westchester County, NY.  We live in Winter Park, FL and have three children:  Colin (10/99), Nicole (4/03) and Emily (3/06).

I have lived in the Orlando area since graduating in 1989.  My career has been in commercial real estate and I currently work for GE Capital as area Vice President responsible for commercial real estate lending and investing for North Florida.

My time with Sigma Pi at FSU was all too short as I graduated soon after becoming a brother.  I am thankful that Alberto Reyes recruited me and that I was allowed to be a part of something great.  Regrettably my work commitment every Sunday meant I missed chapter and didn't get the most out of the experience, however I still see some of the fellow Founding Fathers around and appreciate the continued brotherhood.

Since the early 90's...... After i got tired of missing F.S.U. games, in 93-94 and working every weekend, i went from selling t.v.'s to selling non-conforming mortgage paper. Paid my dues at the old Nationsbank in 96-97 and learned the mortgage business inside and out. I then sold myself into being a branch manager for AMERIQUEST in West Palm Beach in '97. Nobody knew at the time, that Ameriquest would turn into the biggest retail mortgage lender in the U.S. and that my old boss's boss would be in the top 20 richest people in the U.S 10 yrs.
later...so after working 60-70 hrs. week and making 6-figure income, i decided to work 30 hrs a week and still make the 100k+. i was recruited by So. Cal's biggest sub-prime lender, back then '98, to open up Broward Co. wholesale office for First Frankiln, and my life has been gravey ever since... I spent a good 5 yrs. blowing money all over the world, from Amsterdam to Greece to Costa Rica to the yearly ski trips with the sig-pi boys. After buying a condo on the beach, and driving a 911 for a few years and living the "Life of Riley", a young Ketucky girl with a "Push Up Bra" (Chili Peppers song)changed my life in July '04 at a Fla.Marlin game. Who knew a year later, i would give it all up and leave the So.Fla goldmine, for the Louisville silver mines. I became a dad overnight and the past 2 years have been priceless. I wanted to be one of the last "Founders" to get hitched, so at 39 my time has come...Will be married in next year or so, and will probably have a child of my own. I'm the last Duncan and need the boy to keep name alive...Delysia is 33 and is a High School biology teacher, little Alyssa just turned 7 and in 1st grade. You now know me a little more, and I'm an area sales rep. for Indymac Bank, another so-cal sub-prime lender, and cover Ky.and Tenessee and have 8 guys working for me, turning and burning about 20 million in paper a month....Will send some pics already scanned, that you can choose from for the site. Speared a 80 lb.
grouper down there in Lauderdale inlet, wait until you see this monster, definitely include one for site. Look forward to seeing you for sure, at 1 of the 8 home games this fall.

I'm living in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.  I am married to Joye Feinzig and have been married since 10/16/1999.  We have a daughter named Bella Feinzig.  She is 21 months old (born 7/14/04).  I currently work for Amgen (a Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical Company).  I'm an Oncology Sales Rep.

I've attached a family photo.

I remember being at the very first meeting at Osceola Hall in 1988.  There were only 7 of us that met at 11 PM in Wayne & Pete's room (that's where the 7 @ 11 in our chapter's
song came from).  I never thought we would ever get this thing going; obviously, I was wrong.   I couldn't believe a semester later we were a part of rush and we had our own house.
I have nothing but great memories from my experience with Sigma Pi.

Jeffrey Fennell
DOB 05/29/1968, Spouse: Sharon (Deputy Sheriff), Kids: 0,
Occupation: Crime Scene Detective for Highlands County Sheriff's Office in Sebring, FL (10th year in law enforcement).
Go to crime scenes to photo, document and collect evidence. Complete analysis on evidence (fingerprints, collect DNA, reconstruct scenes, etc.)

While I wasn't the most active person, my early memories are of trying to get organized as a colony and having socials with the sororities. Also meeting all the folks with involvement in getting us established at FSU. Getting the first old house on College Drive and working on it was fun.

I am currently living in Phoenix, AZ working for Pulte Homes.  I am the Director of Customer Relations managing 800 + closings per year.  I am married to Luz-Ayde and we will be celebrating our 10th Anniversary this May.  We have three children: Alexandra - 8, Cristina - 6 and William - 2.

My early memories of Sigma Pi are of the momentum that we hit the campus with.  Our rush parties we packed, we kicked ass in intramurals and had the best parties on campus.  Some of the memorable moments include the road trip to Sigma Pi in Auburn and of course all of the Spring Breaks!!!

Stephen Todhunter -

I have been living in Jacksonville, Fl the last 9 years. I have been an electrical sales rep. for Hughes Supply, which was just bought out by Home Depot Supply, for the last 3 years. i am single with no children.
What I remember most about starting a fratenity is that everyhting was new. Everyone chipped in because nothing was established. I guess the most memorable moment would be when we played Prime Time for the all campus intramural basketball title. This was a team started by Deion Sanders a couple of years earlier and featured future NFL'ers Edgar Bennett, Lawrence Dawsey, and Terry Anthony. We lost, but i think it really announced our fraternity to the greek community.

I got married to a wonderful woman from Orlando name Deanna Richey, we have been married now for 7 years, no kids yet....She works for Amgen, thanks to Jack Feinzig, in the marketing department.

Too many great memories to pick just one, but flag football and softball games bring back some great memories as does "he's gotta gun". There are a few of you out there who know what I mean.  I would just like to say hello to everyone, and hope you are all doing well!! i.e.:

I am a FBI agent in Kentucky working on the Joint Terrorism Task Force and am also a member of the SWAT team. My precious spare time is spent either coaching my sons' teams or attending their extracurricular activities. I have three sons (John-12, Josh-8, and Joey-3). I have been married to my wife Cara for 13 years. I enjoyed everything about Sigma Pi. The hayrides, Casino night, Tiger Toss, formals and of course the socials. It was an honor to be one of the founding fathers for the FSU Chapter of Sigma PI. We all worked extremely hard to get on campus, get a house and make a name for ourselves. I believe our popularity grew due to success on the intramural fields and being gentlemen at social functions with sororities. I sincerely hope that our chapter will allowed back in the very near future. We obviously have a lot of brothers that still care about the future of Sigma Pi, especially Spence, his staff and the brothers still in the Tallahassee area. My hat goes off to you all for your efforts.

daughter  Crystal age 8
2 step sons Steven 15, Colton who is 7
Greg was my little brother.
I remember moving into the newly acquired house there on College ave and remembering how much noise those damn wooden floors use to make in the middle of the night. I also remember some great times as little sister Rush chairman. Thats all I'm gonna say about that :) I lived upstairs with Wayne Podolick and "The Big Sage" Wayne.
After leaving FSU I was in international sales and wound up moving to Australia where I lived for 6 years. I then relocated back to the states and to SC needless to say it was a big culture shock. I have worked in the car business for a number of years and just got burnt out on the hours. I now have my own inspection business which allows me alot more time to spend with the family and on the golf course.
I have 1 daughter who lives in Australia with her mother and I am currently engaged to a beautiful lady here in SC who works for ABC. I have my own business doing home inspections for various insurance companies. I currently live outside of Augusta, Ga in Aiken,SC.  Monica and I plan on getting married within the next year.
